Recipe for making Fondant at home
You’ll need- 1 1/4 cups invert syrup, 1/2 cup shortening, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 2 lb Dhampur Green Fondant Sugar, assorted food coloring
Combine invert syrup, shortening, and salt in a large bowl. Slowly mix in fondant sugar until stiff dough forms. Remove the fondant from the bowl onto a flat surface dusted with some fondant sugar. Knead until fondant is soft and smooth. Tint fondant with desired food coloring. For chocolate fondant, add 1 cup of cocoa powder to the fondant sugar.
